par l'Agence française de sécurité sanitaire des aliments (Afssa) des
produits phytopharmaceutiques, matières fertilisantes et supports de culture.

publié au JO du 11 octobre 2006, adressé aux demandeurs d'autorisation de
mise sur le marché de produits phytopharmaceutiques, y compris leurs adjuvants,
ou d'homologation de matières fertilisantes, précise le nombre d'exemplaires
à fournir pour chaque type de demande à adresser à l'Agence française de sécurité
sanitaire des aliments (Afssa).
Nouvelles
règles de mise sur le marché et d'utilisation des produits
phytopharmaceutiques
Un
arrêté, publié au JO du 21 septembre 2006, modifie l'arrêté du 6 septembre
1994 portant application du décret n° 94-359 du 5 mai 1994 relatif au contrôle
des produits phytopharmaceutiques : sont ajoutés les principes uniformes pour
l'évaluation et l'autorisation des produits phytopharmaceutiques contenant des
micro-organismes. En outre, un deuxième arrêté, publié au même JO, fixe les
dispositions relatives à l'utilisation des produits, à la limitation des
pollutions ponctuelles et aux zones non traitées au voisinage des points d'eau.
Cet arrêté est accompagné d'un avis.

The
Council held an exchange of views on the Conference of Environment Ministers
from the countries of Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia (EECCA) and
their Partners, that will take place in Tbilisi (Georgia) on 21-22 October
2004 (Kiev + 1) and how the EU can continue to support this process in the
future.
The
discussion at Council focused on the additional efforts still needed both from
the Community and the Member States to help EECCA countries to implement, in
the region, the EECCA Strategy adopted in May 2003 at the Kiev Conference (e.g.
optimising funding, making full use of existing expertise, better co-ordinating
the various activities in the region).
The
Council adopted a Decision approving the Stockholm Convention on
persistent organic pollutants (12649/04).
